Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Whole Year Puzzle mobile application (the "App") operated by Palmetto Puzzle Works LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is a daily puzzle game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Share, resell, or redistribute access codes intended for individual use
Attempt to interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Purchases and Access

The App requires a one-time in-app purchase or a valid access code to unlock full functionality. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

No Refunds. Once an in-app purchase is completed, refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly. Access codes that have been redeemed cannot be transferred or refunded.

Restore Purchases. If you delete and reinstall the App or switch devices, you may restore your previous purchase through the App's "Restore Purchase" feature.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, puzzle mechanics, solutions, graphics, and code, is the property of Palmetto Puzzle Works LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmetto Puzzle Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
